Curator

Anna Czaban

is a cultural scientist, curator and facilitator. She graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed Curatorial and Museum Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Between 2009 and 2015, she curated and organized many social and art events at the Arsenał Municipal Gallery in Poznań (e.g. exhibitions Love for What Is Natural, Handy Ones, Towards a Critical Institution and the Locals project). She was the co-editor of an extensive volume on Polish curatorial practices Zawód: Kurator (Curator, a profession, 2014). She cooperates with the Inna Przestrzeń Foundation (One Caucasus, Georgia and Transkaukazja, Warsaw). Since 2015, she has curated social projects at the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art in Warsaw (Jazdów Archipelago, City Garden Jazdów).
