INFOPOINT

The InfoPoint is located on the ground floor of 21 Niedźwiednik St. It is open from 5 pm to midnight. Drop by to pick up your NARRACJE leaflet and obtain all the relevant information. The InfoPoint is also where you can view the exhibition of archival materials from the family collection of Prof. Szczepan Baum, one of the estate’s designers. GUIDED TOURS OF THE FESTIVAL ROUTE

Guided tours depart every 30 minutes – the first begins at 5.30 pm, and the last at 10 pm. This year, the offer includes family-friendly tours, tours in English, Polish Sign Language tours with spoken language translation, and tours with audio description. New to the programme are “slow walks”, adapted to accommodate all participants. Participation is free of charge. Family-friendly walks require prior registration.

 

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE ROUTE

Covering the full route to view all the works takes approximately 2–2.5 hours. Please bear in mind that the estate is situated on hills, with many stairs and steep climbs. For detailed information about the route’s accessibility, visit www.narracje.eu. Those interested in a slower-paced tour can join one of the slow walks. Family-friendly tours, as well as tours in the Polish Sign Language and with audio description, are shorter and cover selected installations only.

 

SATURDAY DAYTIME PROGRAMME

Between 10 am and 5 pm on Saturday, we have prepared a daytime programme offering deeper insight into the themes of this year’s curatorial concept. One theme is open-air recreation, ideally suited to Niedźwiednik’s location. Participants can join artist Jan Domicz for a run around the estate or enjoy a Nordic walking session through the forest with Beata Zarach. Bogna Pazderska will host an astronomical walk, and visitors can also explore the magical sculpture garden of Tadeusz and Alicja Leksycki in Niedźwiednik. As a follow-up to their artworks, Krysia Jędrzejewska-Szmek and Kasper Jakubowski will lead a nature walk in the footsteps of local animals, Kaja Domińska will host a workshop on making incense from plants collected in Niedźwiednik, and Tosia Kiliś will show us how to make a bear out of clay. ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN

Children, accompanied by parents or guardians, are welcome to participate in creative and educational workshops related to this year’s festival theme. Workshops will be held from 5 to 9 pm at Primary School no. 38 (2 Leśna Góra St.). Registration is not required; you may join at any time. Family-friendly walks around selected installations will also be available for families with children, starting at 6 pm on both festival days (prior registration is required).

 

FESTIVAL CLUB

Located in a tent near the water pumping station (76 Leśna Góra St.), the “TURNUS in Niedźwiednik” Festival Club will be open from 5 pm to midnight. Music, design, and other attractions are curated by Turnus, an independent collective of artists and curators led by Kamila Falęcka and Marcelina Gorczyńska. This year, the club’s theme is a “sanatorium dance party”. Horacy Muszyński will serve as master of ceremonies, inviting us all to reminisce and indulge in carefree fun. The bar will be operated by Lang.fuhr.

 

FOOD AREA

For those craving unique autumn flavours, the festival menu is curated by Tomek Pawłowski-Jarmołajew. His signature dishes will be available at Niedźwiedzi Zakątek (3 Niedźwiednik St.), Leń Coffee (1 Mazowiecka St., apt. 2), Pizzeria da Raffaele (13 Góralska St.) and PP Kebab (13 Góralska St.). As always, there will be food trucks outside the Festival Club.

 

GETTING TO NIEDŹWIEDNIK

Due to limited parking, we encourage everyone to use public transport to reach the festival.
Niedźwiednik is easily accessible from various Gdańsk neighbourhoods by buses 110, 116, 122, 126, 136, 157, 184, 210, 227, and 283, with the closest stop at “Potokowa”.
During the festival, bus 136 (Wrzeszcz PKP–Niedźwiednik–Wrzeszcz PKP) will run more frequently: every 20 minutes from 5 to 9 pm, and every 30 minutes from 9 pm to 1 am.
For return trips, there are the N3 or N16 night buses. Niedźwiednik can also be reached by Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway (Gdańsk-Niedźwiednik station).
