Summer Recreation Camp [ES]

Electronics, lo-fi, shoegaze, world beats, sunny pop melodies and psychedelic guitars. A cross between Lucky Dragons and High Places with a dash of Avey Tare`s solo achievements.
Cristian Subirà (aka Summer Recreation Camp) is an active member of the underground scene in Barcelona. He started in a free-rock band called Dead Man on Campus. After two years of noise making practice he joined Coconut trio (with Pablo „El Guincho” Díaz and Jens Neumaier from 12twelve and Guilia y los Tellarini). Then he decided to focus on his solo project and one in collaboration with Simon Williams (Jahbitat) as Narwahal.
Cristian also runs a small independent recording label and a promoting company called Discos Compulsivos / LUV LUV.
As Summer Recreation Camp Cristian played with: Laundry Room Squelchers, Zbigniew Karkowski, Publicist, AU, White Magic and Andrew Bernstein.
