NARRACJE 2011 Work: Underwater (2007)

Artist about her work: Underwater is a video-note from an aquarium. It`s a glance into it, under the water, into a distant fairy-tale land. The video presents an Australian species of a sea horse that can blend in with its surroundings. It loses its identity, like Zelig. At first it`s almost impossible to distinguish it from sea plants. Sea horses can be fascinating, oneiric and charming in their form. One could watch them for hours. The video has a contemplative character. It`s boring. It overflows.

Location: Gdańsk City Gallery 2, Powroźnicza 15/16
